Work closely and smoothly with other departments to implement new accounting procedures to support new product development and identifying key forecast and modeling drivers. Develop new systems and procedures for improving the organization's budgeting, forecasting and planning operation and efficiency through cost analysis and analysis of underlying business metrics. Document and coordinate implementation of modification of accounting systems and accounting internal control procedures. Coordinate supporting activities of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. Responsible for the preparation of forecast and budgeted financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. Working closely with management to analyze financial information detailing work flows for assets, liabilities, and capital. Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Schedules typically require 1 weekend day, and shifts are typically 8 hours. Available to work between the hours of 8am 11pm. 1 year minimum of customer service or call center/collections experience preferred.
